摘要 针对攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿粒度粗、硅低、钛高、成球性差,烧结成品率低、强度差、低温还原粉化率(RDI-3.15)高的状况,以攀钢现场生产条件为基础,进行了熔剂二次分加的烧结研究,探索了强化钒钛磁铁精矿烧结的新技术。结果表明:钒钛磁铁精矿烧结采取熔剂二次分加可以改善烧结矿强度指标,其中生石灰二次分加的效果优于石灰石,理想比例为50%。 In view of Panzhihua V-Ti magnetite concentrate conditions such as the coarse particle size, low silicon, high titanium, poor ballability, low sintering product yield, poor strength and high low temperature reduction degradation index (RDI3.15), based on the production conditions in Pansteel site, the secondary divided flux addition was studied, and the new technology for strengthening the V-Ti magnetite concentrate sintering was explored. The results show that, adopting the secondary divided flux addition for vanadium titanium magnetite concentrate sintering can improve the sinter strength index, wherein the effect of the secondary divided quick lime addition is superior to that of limestone, the ideal ratio is 50%.
