传统的成品皮带冷却方式是在尾部皮带上"打水",这会造成"水洗"烧结矿的现象,使烧结矿粉化严重。改为在皮带返回时对其进行喷淋冷却后,烧结矿处于自然冷却状态,其成品率提高,质量改善,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
The traditional way of cooling the product belt is ＂spraying water＂ on the tail belt, but this causes a phenomenon of ＂washing sinter＂, which makes the sinter degradation more serious. Now, the water is sprayed on the lower return belt, thus the sinter will be in a natural cooling state, the product yield is increased, the quality is improved, and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
