摘要 济钢一铁厂烧结带冷机传动链轮组轴承由于超期运转失修,出现了严重的故障隐患,必须更换。按照惯常的处理方法拆装工程量较大,工期较长,影响生产。为此,该厂采用剖分轴承应急更换方案,有效地减少了拆装工程量和施工时间,实现了复杂工况条件下大型轴承的快速更换,并且完全达到了使用技术要求。此方法为大型设备轴承组件的故障应急处理提供了有效途径。 In No. 1 iron-making plant of Jisteel, as the bearing of drive sprocket wheel unit for straight line sinter cooler operates overtime and is out of repair, serious failures and troubles occur, and the bearing must be repaired. In usual treatment practice, the amount of disassembling work is high, the construction period is long, and all these affect the production. For this reason, the plant adopts the split bearing for emergency replacement scheme, which effectively reduces the amount of disassembling work and construction time, the rapid replacement of large sized bearing in complex working condition is realized, and the technical application requirements are completely met. This method provides an effective way for emergency treatment of large sized equipment bearing units.
