摘要
研究了钛石膏、矿渣掺入量及矿渣比表面积三因素对水泥物理化学性能的影响,并探索了钛石膏代替天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂的可行性。结果表明,钛石膏配比为5%、矿渣配比为25%、矿渣比表面积为384m^2/kg时,水泥性能达到最佳。钛石膏作水泥缓凝剂,可较明显地延长水泥的初凝和终凝时间,抗折、抗压强度也有所提高,安定性合格,钛石膏可以代替天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂。
Study on the feasibility that titanium gypsum play the role of cement retarder instead of natural piaster, based on effects that titanium gypsum incorporation, slag incorporation, slag surface area on cement properties.The results show that, titanium gypsum is in the content of 5%, slag 25%, the slag surface area was 384 m^2/kg, properties of cement were the best. Titanium gypsum as cement retarder can be more obvious extension of the setting time of cement; flexural, compressive strength also increased, stability qualified, it can substitute for natural gypsum to be the cement retarder.
