心脑血管病滑脉者心血管功能观察

An Observation on Cardiovascular Functions of Patients with Cardio_cerebro_vascular Diseases and Smooth Pulse

为探讨心脑血管病滑脉者心血管功能的改变，分析了７１例滑脉冠心病、中风病患者脉象图的心功能指标，并与１２６例非滑脉者进行比较，结果表明：滑脉组患者主要表现在左心泵力减弱、有效循环量不足、动脉硬化、肺动脉高压高阻。与非滑脉组患者比较，各项指标差异均有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００１）。提示：心脑血管病滑脉者有心血管功能损害。

To investigate the cardiovascular functions of patients with cardio_cerebro_vascular diseases and smooth pulse, the indexes of cardiovascular functions derived from sphygmograms in 71 cases of coronary heart disease and apoplexy with smooth pulse were analyzed.The results showed that the left ventricular output,effective circulating blood volume and vascular compliance decreased, and pulmonary arterial pressure increased as compared with those in 126 cases without smooth pulse(P< 0.05～0.001 ).It is suggested that smooth pulse in patients with cardio_cerebro_vascular diseases is a sign of cardiovascular dysfunction.
