脑醒冲剂治疗急性缺血性中风的疗效观察及其对血液流变学的影响

Naoxing Granule for Acute Ischemic Stroke and Its Effect on Blood Rheology

为探讨以活血化瘀、化痰开窍为主组成的自制中成药脑醒冲剂治疗急性缺血性中风（ａｃｕｔｅｉｓｃｈｅｍｉｃｓｔｒｏｋｅ，ＡＩＳ）的疗效情况，采用随机对照单盲观察法对８９例ＡＩＳ患者进行治疗观察，其中中药脑醒冲剂治疗组５７例，西药尼莫通对照组３２例。结果：治疗组显效率（６４．９１％）和总有效率（９６．４９％）优于对照组显效率（４０．６３％）和总有效率（７５％），经χ２检验，分别为χ２＝４．９１，Ｐ＜０．０５，和χ２＝７．４６，Ｐ＜０．０１。同时观察到脑醒冲剂有较好的改善ＡＩＳ患者的血液流变学的作用，从而推测其有改善脑部血液循环，缓解脑缺血的作用。

A randomized single_blinded controlled trial was used to study the effect of Naoxing Granule for actue ischemic stroke(AIS).Eighty_nine cases of AIS were allocated to two groups:Naoxing Granule group(57) and nimodipine group(32) as control. The results showed that the markedly effective rates were 64.91% and 40.63% (P< 0.05 ),and the total effective rates were 96.49% and 75% (P< 0.01 ) in Naoxing Granule group and the control group respectively.It was found that Naoxing Granule exerted an effect on blood rheology, indicating that Naoxing Granule promotes the cerbral blood circulation and reduces ischemic injury.
