政治妥协是周恩来常用的一种斗争方法。妥协不是投降、不是软弱,更不是反动,它是一门政治艺术和政治策略,是一种社会调节机制,是在民主基础上的不同利益群体的可行性合作。周恩来的政治妥协有利于以和平的方式解决矛盾和冲突,有助于行为规则的形成以及政治系统的稳定。

Political compromise is a struggling method commonly used by Zhou Enlai. A compromise is not a capitulation,not weakness,nor reactionary. It is a political art and political strategy and a social adjustment mechanism,at the same time it is the feasibility co-operation of different interest groups based on democracy. Zhou Enlai's political compromise is conducive to a peaceful solution to the contradictions and conflicts,and it will contribute to the formation of principles as well as political system stability.
