疣毒净治疗尖锐湿疣的多中心临床研究

A Multi_center Study of Youdujing in Treating Condyloma Acuminatum

为从中医药中寻找治疗尖锐湿疣的有效方法和药物，应用具有清热燥湿、解毒散结、腐蚀赘疣的中药疣毒净制剂进行多中心随机对照治疗尖锐湿疣１１０例。结果疣毒净Ａ组（外用）、Ｂ组（外用加内服）和西药疣必治对照组的痊愈率分别为８６．１％、８９．４％、９１．６％（组间比较Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗后３个月复发率分别为２９％、１４．７％、４２．４％（组间比较Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示疣毒净制剂不但是治疗尖锐湿疣的有效药物，而且有较好控制和防止尖锐湿疣复发的作用。

A multi_center randomized, single_blinded and controlled trial was used to study the effect of Youdujing in treating 110 cases of condyloma acuminatum (CA). The cases were randomly allocated to Group A(treated with external application of Youdujian only),Group B(treated with external application of Youdujing and oral administration of herbal medicine) and Group C(treated with western medicine)as control. The results showed that the curative rates in Group A, Group B and the control group were 86.1%,89.4% and 91.6%(P>0.05) respectively. The recurrence rates in three months,treatment were 29%, 14.7% and 42.4% (P<0.05) respectively. It is suggested that Youdujing is an effective drug in treating CA and can prevent the relapse of CA.
