摘要
本工作合成一种含硼二元胺型苯并噁嗪树脂(Benzoxazine of Boron-modified,BZB)和一种二元胺型参比苯并噁嗪树脂(Benzoxazine of Di-amine,BZD),应用红外光谱分别对其结构进行表征。分别以两种树脂为原料压制层压板,将层压板样条置于γ射线下进行照射实验,通过辐照后层压板性能的对比,考察硼原子的引入对材料耐辐照性能的影响。对辐照前后的层压板样条进行力学性能、电性能测试。通过和以参比树脂为原料的层压板的对比,表明引入硼原子后,层压板的耐辐射性能得到改善。
In this paper, the boron-modified binary primary amines benzaoxazine and the binary primary amines benzaoxazine was synthesized respectively. The resin was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy spectrum respectively. The laminates, which were pressed by two kinds of resin respectively, were irradiated by γ-rays and inspected the affection of radiation resistance after introducing of boron atom by comparing the performance of laminates after radiation. The performance of mechanics and electricity was investigated before and after radiation with two kinds of laminates. The result indicates that the radiation resistance of laminate was improved by introducing boron atom.
