小剂量氯胺酮、瑞芬太尼在婴幼儿唇腭裂手术中的麻醉效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察小剂量氯胺酮瑞芬太尼复合全麻用于婴幼儿唇腭裂手术的效果。方法选择行婴幼儿唇腭裂修补术患儿60例,随机分为A.B组,各30例。A组给予丙泊酚芬太尼复合全麻,B组给予小剂量氯胺酮瑞芬太尼复合全麻。分别于麻醉前(T0)、手术开始时(T1)、手术开始后30 min(T2)、停药后5 min(T3)、拔出气管导管时(T4)、记录MAP、HR、SpO2,并观察两组苏醒时间、苏醒延迟发生率、呼吸再抑制发生率。结果与T0比较,A组T1、T4时MAP、HR升高(P<0.05)。与A组比较,B组T1、T4时MAP、HR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组苏醒时间缩短,苏醒延迟发生率、呼吸再抑制发生率均降低(P均<0.05)。结论小剂量氯胺酮、瑞芬太尼复合全麻应用于婴幼儿唇腭裂手术麻醉效果较好。
