摘要
目的采用固体分散体技术,研究制备尼莫地平的速释胶囊。方法以溶出度为指标,制备尼莫地平的固体分散体,进而按照速释片剂处方制备了胶囊剂。比较了自制的速释胶囊剂与市售胶囊剂的释药情况。结果体外实验结果表明,固体分散体对尼莫地平溶出度的提高大大优于物理混合物。尼莫地平-PVP固体分散体及其胶囊剂溶出度明显优于其物理混合物和市售胶囊剂。结论本研究制备的固体分散体胶囊剂具有速释的性质,其速释胶囊的释药速率大大高于市售普通胶囊剂。
Objective:A rapid release capsule of NMP was developed using solid dispersion techniques.Methods: NMP olid dispersions were prepared using coevaporation methods with PVP as carriers.Dissolution characteristics in vitro were studied in simulated gastric juice.Results: The results showed that solid dispersion give much higher improvement than physical mixture in the dissolution rate.The dissolution rate of NMP from the capsules of coprecipitate was compared with that of commercial tablets.Conclusion: Capsules of coprecipitate showed fast-release properties. It was demonstrated that the dissolution rate of NMP from the selected capsules was much greater than that from the commercial tablets.
