非药物治疗和护理对临界高血压的影响分析

Non-drug therapy and nurses,analysis of influence for the borderling hypertension

目的观察非药物治疗和护理对临界高血压的影响。方法将78例临界高血压患者随机分为两组。观察组采取针对性非药物治疗和护理,并每周进行随访指导、记录血压水平,测血压1次/w;对照组每周测血压一次并记录。结果观察组血压显著下降,对照组血压略有上升,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论通过非药物治疗和护理达到了稳步降压的目的。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic significance of non-drug therapy and nurses in the borderling hypertension.Methods：seventy-eight patients with borderling hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was give the non-drug therapy and nurses measured blood pressare and followed up every week.Results：The bloodpress decline in non-drug therapy and nurses egroup,drop.ped.from.aprior.level.of.（145.8±3.2）/（94.2±1.8）mmHg.to（128.2±2.7）/（80.2±1.4）mmHg and the contral group was going up little. There were remarkable differences between the two groups （P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclution：The non-drug therapy and nurses has a curativeeffect on the blood pressure for borderling hypertension.
