土地集约利用与经济发展时空差异研究——以江苏省为例

Spatial-temporal differences of land intensive use and economic development:A case study of Jiangsu province

以江苏省13个地级市1998-2007年土地利用变更数据和江苏省有关社会经济数据为依据,建立土地集约利用以及经济发展水平评价指标体系,运用基于熵值法的多因素综合评价方法,对江苏省1998—2007年间土地经济集约利用度以及经济发展水平进行评价,并运用统计方法和重心模型分析了江苏省土地经济集约利用、经济发展水平的时空差异特征以及二者的协调度.结果表明,从时间变化特征来看,江苏省土地集约利用水平与经济发展水平均呈现总体上升趋势,但地区之间存在差异,总体上,经济发展水平省内差距先增加后减少而除了2002年,土地集约利用省内差距不断增大;从空间特征看,对于土地集约利用与经济发展单指标,呈现苏南至苏北逐步递减状态,而江苏省土地经济集约利用水平与经济发展水平之间总体协调度较差,地域上主要呈现苏中>苏南>苏北地区的特征.

Based on the data of land use and economic statistics from 1998 to 2007 of 13 cities of Jiangsu province, the paper investigated land intensive use and local economic development. By constructing evaluation system of urban-land intensive use and economic development, and entropy-based multi factors comprehensive evaluation, the level o{ land economic intensive use and economic development was evaluated between 1998 and 2007. Meanwhile, statistical method and gravity model approach were used to analyze the spatial temporal variation of land intensive use and economic development, and the coordination between them in Jiangsu province. It was concluded that, in the aspect of temporal characteristics, the level of land intensive use and economic development is increasing, the gap on economy climbed up and then declined, but the gap on land intensive use is always increasing except for 2002. In the aspect of spatial characteristics, the level of land intensive use and economic degree is decreasing from south to north. As for the coordination, the general level is low, and the coordination in the middle part of Jiangsu is higher; however, one of the south and north areas of Jiangsu is lower.
