摘要
通过对萍乡市小学语文教师专业素养现状的调查,发现当前小学语文教师专业发展方面所存在的问题,并就小学语文教师的职前师资培养提出两点参考建议。
From the investigation and the analysis of the current professional quality situation of Chinese teachers in the primary schools in Pingxiang,we discover the existing problems in career promotion of the current Chinese teachers in primary schools,and then bring forward two pieces of possible advice for pre-professional staff training.
