高效液相色谱法测定复方元胡止痛片中丹皮酚的含量

Determination of Paeonolum in Fufang Yuanhu Zhitong Pian by HPLC

目的采用 HPLC 法测定复方元胡止痛片中丹皮酚的含量。方法采用外标一点法,Hypersil BDS C_(18)柱,甲醇-水(1:1)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,λ=274 nm。结果丹皮酚在0.103～0.824μg范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为:Y=504 3.7749X+275.5915,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率98.59%,RSD=0.68%(n=6)。结论方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为复方元胡止痛片中丹皮酚的定量分析提供了科学有效的方法。

Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of Paeonolum in Fufang Yuanhu Zhitong Pian by HPLC. Methods Hypersil BDS C18 column was used with methyl alcohol-wate （1 ： 1） as the mobile phase, detection wavelength as 274 nm, and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.103-0.824 μg for aeonolum, and linear equation was Y= 5 043.774 9X＋275.591 5, r=0.999 7. The average recovery was 98.59% and the related standard deviation （RSD） was 0.68% （n =6）. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper, which provide scientific quantitative analysis method of Paeonolum in Fufang Yuanhu Zhitong pian and the repeatability was good.
