木蝴蝶药材中黄芩素和白杨素的含量测定

Contents Determination of Chrysin and Baicalein in Senmen Oroxyli

目的建立木蝴蝶中黄芩素和白杨素的含量测定方法,为木蝴蝶的质量标准研究提供参考。方法回流提取法获得供试品溶液,高效液相色谱法测定其含量。色谱条件:Kromasil-C_(18)(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水-冰醋酸(25:25:50:0.2);流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:275 nm;柱温:室温。结果黄芩素和白杨素二者分离度和线性关系良好;RSD 分别为1.53%和1.35%,表明重复性良好;回收率平均值分别为101.7%和103.0%,RSD分别为1.85%和1.59%,本方法回收率良好。结论本方法简单可行,重复性好,能够为木蝴蝶质量控制提供参考数据。

Objective To establish a HPLC method of determining chrysin and baicalein in Senmen Oroxyli. Method The contents of chrysin and baicalein were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were： Kromasil-C18 column （5 μm, 250 mm× 4.6 mm）, with methanol-acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid （25 ： 25 ： 50 ： 0.2） as the mobile phase, at the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the detecting wavelength at 275 nm and at the room temperature. Results The contents of baicalein and chrysin could be detected by this HPLC method, and got good separation and good linear relationship. RSD were 1.53% and 1.35%, indicating good repeatability, recovery RSD were 1.85% and 1.59%, indicating a good recovery. Conclusion The method is simple, feasible and repeatable, and can be provide reference for quality control of Senmen Oroxyli.
