摘要
对运动员无形资产开发的制度规范、制度供给现状与制度约束根源进行深入分析,提出以制度创新突破运动员无形资产开发瓶颈。具体措施为健全运动员无形资产产权制度、建立健全运动员无形资产评估体系、加快体育经纪人制度建设、完善"转会"制度。
The institutions of legal protection of intangible assets of China＇s elite athletes were clarified. And the main current ways of exploiture intangible assets of China＇ s athletes and the problems caused by the system were in - depth analyzed. Then it suggested institutional innovation to breakthrough the bottleneck. The specific measures include： establishing athletes＇ property rights institutions, setting up evaluation system of athletes intangible assets, constructing sports agent system, improving the ＂transfer＂ regulation for professional players.
