摘要 复合式SBR工艺是在SBR工艺基础上改进,反应器内布置填料而成。试验研究了不同的DO、C/N和MLSS对COD、总氮、氨氮和同步硝化反硝化的影响。实验证明:在DO=1mg/L时,系统的同步硝化反硝化效果最好;氨氮和总氮的去除率随着C/N的增而增大,当C/N=15时,同步硝化反硝化效果最好;MLSS越大,总氮的去除率越大,同步硝化反硝化效果越好。在反应器内应保持适当的DO浓度,对于碳源不足的水质,不宜采用同步硝化反硝化,通过控制适宜的MLSS和缩短曝气时间,可能达到降低运行成本的目的。 The combined SBR process is improved on the base of the traditional SBR process by filling with the multi-dimensional hollow sphere packing in the reactor. The effects of DO,C/N and MLSS on removal efficiency of COD,NH3-N,TN and SND are discussed in the experiments. The experiments prove that the best results of SND will be obtained on the DO condition of 1 mg/L. The greater the C/N,the greater removal efficiency of NH3-N and TN will be. The best results of SND will be obtained on the C/N condition of 15. The greater the MLSS,the greater the C/N will be. The effects of SND are the best when C/N is 15. The higher the MLSS,the greater removal efficiency of TN and the better SND will be. The proper DO should be kept in the reactor. The SND can not be used when the wastewater is short of carbon source. The operating costs can be reduced by keeping the proper MLSS and shortening aeration time.
