摘要
为有效控制钛板冷轧过程中的各项工艺参数,对其轧制力数学模型进行了研究。通过Maple软件拟合、钛板冷轧试验、多元非线性回归分析等方法,确定了钛板平均轧制压力模型,进而建立轧制力模型。该模型钛板轧制力计算值与实测值的平均相对误差为8.0%。
The mathematical model for the cold rolling force of titanium plate is studied to control the technological parameters. Based on Maple software, titanium plate cold rolling experiments and multivariate nonlinear regression,average titanium plate rolling pressure model is obtained and then rolling force model is established. Compared with the measured value of titanium plate rolling force, the average relative error of the calculated value from the model is 8.0 %.
