胆囊息肉样病变32例临床分析

32 Cases Clinic Analysis of PLG

对３２例经手术治疗的胆囊息肉样病变进行诊断、治疗等临床分析．认为Ｂ超是首选的诊断方法，检出率最高；ＣＴ的检出率也较高，两者联合应用，更能提高检出率．治疗上应积极手术切除胆囊，对于确实需要观察的病人。

This paper analysed the diagnosis and treatment of 32 cases with PLG after surgery. We considered that B ultrasonic wave was the first method of diagnosis, and had a best test rate. CT had a good test rate too. The combined use of B ultrasonic and CT was more helpful to the diagnosis. On treatment, we suggested the positive surgery of gallblander resection. Some patients should have the fix date to reexamine.
