辣椒素类物质是辣椒果实中产生辣味物质的总称。辣椒素类物质有镇痛止痒、抗炎消肿、调节食欲和防治风湿等作用,广泛应用于医药工业。综述了辣椒素类物质的种类、分布以及生物合成途径等最新研究进展。
Capsaicinoids is the general name of pungency components producing in pepper fruit,which has the functions of analgesic,antipruritic,anti-inflammatory,detumescence,regulating the appetite and controlling the rheumatic and so on.The kind,distribution and biosynthesis of capsaicinoids are reviewed.
