当前珠江三角洲面临产业升级以及土地利用效率低、后备土地资源不足等问题。通过总结珠三角产业结构现状和土地利用现状,分析产业升级与土地利用的关系,研究如何在珠三角产业升级进程中实现土地的集约利用。

Nowadays,Pearl River delta is facing the problems of industrial upgrading,low land use efficiency and inadequate reserved land resources and so on.The status of industrial structure and land use in Pearl River delta is summarized.The relationship between industrial upgrading and land use is analyzed.How to realize the land intensive use in the process of industrial upgrading is studied.
