基于地震危险性特征分区的建筑物地震保险费率 被引量:7

摘要 按照地震危险性特征进行分区,同时考虑结构类别来规定多种地震保险费率的做法是目前国外地震保险业的主要方法,我国在这方面做得还不够。本文提出利用烈度的极值III型概率分布函数中形状参数k将我国划分为3个危险性不同的特征区域,将城市结构按照类型划分为4类、农村结构划分为2类,从而可以厘定多组地震保险费率。结果表明,在基本烈度和结构类型相同的情况下,不同危险性特征区内的地震保险费率差别非常大,在全国范围内采用统一费率是不合适的,不能真正反映所在地区不同地震危险性的差别,在地震危险性特征分区的基础上厘定建筑物地震保险费率是十分必要的。 At present, it is prevalent that earthquake insurance premium rate is different in different seismic hazard characteristic zone for many countries, but, this work is not enough in our country. In this paper, the thinking of determination earthquake insurance premium rate based on seismic hazard characteristic zone is put forward. The shape parameter k of intensity probability distribution function is used to be seismic hazard characteristic parameter, so the China is divided into three zones. After structure is classified, many earthquake insurance premium rates are determined. The results make clear that if fortification intensity and structure classification is uniform,the premium rate is changed by different seismic hazard zone. So,uniform premium rare in our country is not appropriate, the true distinction in different zone is not display, and determining earthquake insurance premium rate of buildings based on seismic hazard characteristic zone is necessary.
