2型糖尿病血浆同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白与颈动脉内中膜厚度的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between the plasm level of homocysteine and C-reaction protein and carotic intimal-medial thickness in patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和C反应蛋白(CRP)与颈动脉内中膜厚度(inti-mal-medial thickness,IMT)的关系,探讨二者与糖尿病并发血管粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的联系及临床意义。方法根据颈动脉IMT厚度,把45例初诊2型糖尿病患者分为IMT正常组及IMT增厚组,分别进行血脂、血浆Hcy、CRP的测定。同时选择32例健康体检者为对照组,进行相关项目比较。结果与对照组相比,糖尿病组Hcy、CRP显著增高(P<0.05)。糖尿病患者中IMT增厚组Hcy、CRP显著高于IMT正常组(P<0.05),且糖尿病患者血Hcy和CRP与颈动脉IMT均呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),Hcy与CRP也相关(P<0.05)。结论血Hcy和CRP可能参与AS的炎症反应,并在预测2型糖尿病早期动脉粥样硬化方面有重要的临床意义。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the plasm level of homocysteine(Hcy) and C-reaction protein(CRP) level and carotic intimal-medial thickness(IMT) in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods: Forty-five patients with preliminary diagnosis of T2DM were divided into the two groups according to IMT level: the normal IMT group and the IMT-increased group.Thirty-two healthy cases were chosen as the control.All patients and the control were detected with Hcy,CRP,total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG).Results: Hcy and CRP levels in T2DM were higher than those in the controls(P〈0.05).Hcy and CRP levels in the group with increased IMT were higher than those in the normal IMT group(P〈0.05).The positive correlation between Hcy,CRP levels and IMT was shown(P〈0.01),so was the correlation between Hcy levels and CRP levels(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Hcy and CRP levels may take part in the inflammation process of AS and may predict the early stage of AS in T2DM clinically.
