眼底图像处理软件在眼科临床应用观察

Clinical application of the fundus image processing software

目的应用自主研发眼底造影图像处理软件,对于眼底荧光血管造影图片进行量化处理。方法将眼科门诊患者造影眼底图像进行双软件处理,将结果进行对比处理。结果通过图像大小、亮度、对比度的量化调整选择,可以有效的将多次、不同患者的图像进行处理,保证了在不同的屈光间质、不同的曝光度下图像处理的准确性。结论该软件在常用功能、数据处理、病灶测量等方面具有其他软件不具备的功能及精确性。

Objective： To study the function of image Processing software in reading fundus fluorescence angiography image.Methods： The results of out-patients were compared in the treatments with double fundus imaging image processing software.Results： As fundus fluorescence angiography image lacked in quantification foundation,the image Processing software was developed and applied to handling different images by selecting and adjusting the area,brightness,contrast to ensure the accuracy with different refract media and sensitometry.Conclusion：It is found that the new software is more powerful and accurate in common functions,data processing,lesions measurement,etc.than old one.
