大功率机车驱动系统联轴器弧齿端齿盘结构性能分析及参数优化 被引量:10

摘要 为了适应大功率机车驱动系统对联轴器的性能要求,建立弧齿端齿盘的分析模型,利用ANSYS进行有限元分析和参数优化,研究弧齿端齿盘的结构及性能,并且通过与相同参数的直齿端齿盘的性能进行比较,得出弧齿端齿盘的性能优越性。研究结果表明与直齿端齿盘相比,弧齿端齿盘能较大的提高齿面接触强度和齿根强度,能够满足大功率机车驱动系统对联轴器端齿的性能要求,延长端齿盘的使用寿命。 In order to meet performance requirements which the coupling of high - power locomotive drive system needed, the paper established analysis model of the arc tooth transverse teeth gear. The paper researched on structure and properties of the arc tooth transverse teeth gear using ANSYS soft- ware. Through analyzing and comparing with straight tooth transverse teeth gear which has the same parameters with the arc tooth transverse teeth, we can obtain the performance advantages of the arc tooth transverse teeth gear. The results show that the arc tooth transverse teeth can improve contact strength of tooth surface and root strength, it can meet performance requirements which the Coupling of high - power locomotive drive system needed, and prolong service life of the arc tooth transverse teeth gear.
