摘要
应用SEM、XRD、EDS等技术研究了高纯镍(0号镍)和杂质含量较高的工业镍N6在1 kPa,300~500℃的硫蒸气中的高温硫化行为。结果表明,在300℃两者都抗硫化,400℃两者都显著硫化,动力学近似遵从抛物线法则,高纯镍在500℃变为直线法则。动力学曲线拟合结果表明,400℃以上N6镍的腐蚀速度常数K要比高纯镍小约1个数量级,杂质对降低N6镍的腐蚀速度有重要作用。
Sulfidation kinetics and scale structure of two types of pure nickel(0﹟Nickel and N6 Nickel) in 1 kPa S2 vapor at 300~500 ℃ were investigated with SEM,XRD and EDS,respectively.Results indicate that the two types of pure nickel has been almost no corrosion at 300 ℃,but both are sulfided evidently at 400 ℃,their kinetics followed parabolic law,but linear ones for high-purity nickel at 500℃.The result of fitting kinetics curves shows that the corrosion rate of nickel N6 is slower than high-purity nickel about one order of magnitude, there is an important role for impurities in reducing the sulfidation rate of nickel N6.
