This article introduces the technological details and the inspection and acceptance of Shanghai trade building central air conditioning＇s energy-saving renovation project in the pattern of ＂energy management contract＂. Based on the original air-conditioning system＇s technical analysis, it works out an effective energy-saving plan; After the project the inspection and acceptance, by comparison of the air-conditioning system energy consumption before and after, the analysis indicates that the renovation system has received the obvious energy-saving effects, satisfies the design requirements, simultaneously also plays a ＂removed the peak and filled in the valley＂ role in the electrical network.
