摘要
河豚毒素是一种剧毒的天然非蛋白质类神经毒素。本文综述了河豚鱼中河豚毒素的起源分布、生理活性、中毒防治及分离纯化方法的研究新进展,探讨其今后的研究方向。
Tetrodotoxin （TTX） is a natural nonprotein neurotoxin with very strong toxicity. In this paper, correlative questions about origin and distribution, biological activity, prevention and cure technology, separation and purification method of TTX from globefish were shown, while new study in the future was also discussed.
