摘要
分析了塔河公司0.4 Mt/a A级沥青生产装置所产沥青存在的主要质量问题,考察了相关工艺过程的温度控制、溶胀发育时间、加料顺序、改性剂添加比例及沥青热储存老化等影响因素,进一步优化了生产工艺和操作条件,有效地改进了该装置沥青产品的质量,生产出了符合交通部A、B级标准的优质道路沥青。
The main quality problems of grade A paving asphalt produced in the 0. 4 Mt/a asphalt unit of our company were discussed in this paper. The related factors, such as temperature control, swelling and developing time, materials feeding order, modifiers ratio and effects of asphalt storage at elevated temperature on its aging were investigated. Thus, the process and operation parameters were optimized. As a result, the asphalt quality was effectively improved making it is possible to produce qualified grade A and B paving asphalt with this unit.
