摘要
研究了温度、压力、时间、CO2流量对超临界流体萃取广藿香产物得率的影响,并进行了最佳工艺优化。结果表明,广藿香CO2流体萃取的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度50℃、CO2流量9 kg/h,在此条件下产物得率为2.55%。
The influences of extraction conditions on the yield of patchouli by supercritical fluid was studied, including the extraction temperature, pressure, time and flow quantity of CO2. The optimum conditions of the extraction of patchouli by supercritical fluid are obtained as following: 30 MPa of extraction pressure, 50 ℃ of extraction temperature and 9 kg/h of CO2 flow quantity. Uner these conditions, the yield of patchouli reaches 2.55%.
