Determination of triadimefon residues in grain by electron capture detector

建立了气相色谱法—电子捕获检测器测定粮食中三唑酮农药残留量的方法,并对方法的最低检测限、校准曲线、加标回收率、精密度、准确度等指标进行了确认。结果表明,采用该方法所测定的三唑酮农药残留量在DB-1701毛细管柱上得到了很好的分离,且方法准确、快速、灵敏,完全符合实际应用需要。

The method of determination of triadimefon residues in food by gas chromatography-electron capture detector is established, while the lowest limit of detection, calibration curve, recovery rate, precision, accuracy and other indicators are confirmed. The results show that this method for the determination of triadimefon residues in DB- 1701 capillary column has been a very good separation, and the method is accurate, rapid, sensitive and fully in line with the actual application needs.
