摘要
张拉成形网格结构由上弦、下弦、腹杆和环向杆件组成,为进一步明确该结构成形过程径向位移特点,提出了两种张拉方案:整体分次和分批分次,并由张拉方式对结构节点径向位移的影响出发,选用ANSYS有限元程序,通过理论分析从结构绝对位移和相对位移两个角度对结构径向位移特点作了较为详尽的分析.结果表明:从径向位移的影响出发,分批分次张拉成形方案切实可行;而且张拉分批数较小、分次数与环杆圈数相匹配时对结构成形较为有利.
Stretch Forming Latticed Structure (SFL) is composed of upper chord, lower chord, web member and circumferential bar. In order to find radial displacement characteristic during forming process of SFL, two forming methods, tensioning group by group and tensioning simultaneously step by step, are put forward. Based on the effect on structural nodal radical displacement by tensioning method, a detail analysis about absolute and relative displacement is carried out by ANSYS finite element program. The study shows that method of tensioning group by group is feasible program. And it is reasonable to form SFL by selecting few group number and proper step number which is matched to the cylinder number of circumferential bars.
