摘要
采用有限元法对火炬系统的塔架进行了固有振动分析,得到结构基本周期;并与采用STADDPRO/CHINA计算软件、CEC FASTEEL SUITE计算软件、规范给定的计算公式算得塔架结构的基本周期对比.结果表明,三种计算软件分析的结果非常接近,而规范给定的计算公式结果不同.进而,分别采用AR模型和小波分析模型模拟脉动风荷载,对塔架进行风振响应分析,获得不同高度处各节点的位移及加速度响应,统计了风振系数取值,并与现行规范进行比较,为实现将塔架结构风振响应简化成静力分析提供一个初步的研究方法.
Natural vibration of torch tower is analyzed based upon the structural analysis software ANSYS. The basic period obtained is compared with those FASTEEL SUITE software and Petroleum Chemical calculated by the STADDPRO/CHINA software, Enterprise Design Code. It is found that results obtained by three kinds of software are similar, but formula given by code is different. Then, fluctuating wind load is respectively simulated by AR model and wavelet analysis model. Wind-induced vibration of tower is carried out by time-history method. Nodal displacement response and acceleration response of different height are obtained. Furthermore, the wind-induced vibration coefficient of displacement of tower is calculated and compared with code. The primary study method that wind-induced vibration response can be simply solved by static method is provided.
