摘要
采用自制的不同膜厚SE30毛细管色谱柱,对C5馏分及其产品的气相色谱分析条件进行优化.利用正戊烷、正十二烷在不同载气线速度下,对不同膜厚、不同柱温的SE-30毛细管色谱柱的柱效进行考察,并在最佳线速度和最佳膜厚条件下建立C5馏分及其产品的色谱分析方法.SE-30毛细管色谱柱的最佳线速度为12~16cm/s,C5馏分分析的最佳膜厚为0.6μm,双环戊二烯分析的最佳膜厚为0.3μm.所建立分析方法有效地分离了C5原料,产品为异戊二烯、间戊二烯及双环戊二烯.
The gas chromatographic analysis methods of C5 fraction and its products were optimized by using self-made SE-30 capillary columns of different film thicknesses. The efficiency of SE-30 capillary chromatographic columns was studied with different film thicknesses and oven temperatures, using n-pentane and n-dodecane as test samples. The optimal carrier gas velocity of SE-30 capillary chromatographic column was 12 - 16 cm/s, the optimal film thicknesses of gas chromatographic analysis of C5 fraction and its products dicyclopentadiene were 0.6 μm, and 0.3 μm. C5 fraction, its products of isoprene, 1,3- pentadiene and dicyclopentadiene were well separated by the method.
