摘要
为了降低印染废水中化学耗氧量(CODCr),选用2种常见絮凝剂与粉煤灰进行复配处理印染废水.考察不同复配方案对CODCr去除率的影响,确定最佳的配比.实验结果表明:粉煤灰与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和MgCl2的复配物处理印染废水时具有较高的CODCr去除率.在粉煤灰、MgCl2和PAM的质量浓度分别为12 g/L、14 mg/L和40 mg/L时CODCr去除率达85%.
Flocculation for textile wastewater was investigated with flocculants mixed by fly ash. The removing rate of different compounds represented with chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) was tested, and the optimum ratios of flocculants were determined. The results showed that the removal rates by the compounds mixed by fly ash, PAM and MgCl2 were better than that of the individual flocculation of fly ash, MgCl2 or PAM. The statistical analysis showed that with the dosage of fly ash 12 g/L, MgCl2 14 mg/L, and PAM 40 mg/L, the removal rates by CODCr could reach 85%.
