温州城乡社区卫生服务发展的现状及对策

Present Situation of Community Health Service in Wenzhou Urban and Rural Areas and its Countermeasures

发展社区卫生服务,是解决群众"看病难"问题的有效途径,是实现人人享有初级卫生保健目标的基础环节。温州城乡社区卫生服务在政府的高度重视和大力推动下,发展较快,但同时也面临着诸多问题,需要采取解决服务用房、优化医务队伍、提高服务水平、政府主导发展等一系列对策加以解决,从而为温州经济社会又好又快发展注入强大的动力。

Developing community health service is an effective approach to address people＇s ＂difficulties in seeing a doctor＂ and it is also important to achieve the goal of enjoying the primary health care for everybody. Attached great importance by the government, Wenzhou urban and rural community health service develops rapidly but it also faces many problems. Measures need to be taken in building service space, improving the quality of the medical team, promoting service levels, and bringing into play the leading role of the govemment so that it will become a driving force to prompt the rapid economic and social development of Wenzhou.
