Model colleges construction is a complex systematic project, and it poses a big challenge for each of the model colleges. Being the first group of model colleges, Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical College, innovates boldly the management concept, implements the project management to the model colleges construction and builds up a complete set of practicing mechanism suitable for its construction, which greatly prompts the development of model colleges.
