基于社区发展的农村劳动力教育培训规制问题研究

改革开放以来,随着经济的飞速发展,我国教育培训发展显著,整体教育培训水平不断提高。相比之下,我国农村劳动力教育培训仍然发展缓慢,处于边缘化状态。农村劳动力教育培训的边缘化体现在资金投入的边缘化、思想意识的轻视、教育资源的边缘化等方面。这种边缘化从一个侧面反映了作为弱势群体的农民发展权的缺失,而这也导致农民利益被侵蚀。将社区的发展和教育培训结合起来,通过社区对教育培训进行管理是解决农村劳动力教育培训问题的有效路径。

Since reform and opening up, with the rapid developing of economy, the development of education and training in China is also outstanding. The overall level of education and training has been improved. Compared with that, the development of education and training of the rural labor in China is more slowly. It is in marginalization. This paper begins with the view of right and benefit and analyzes the basic reasons of the question of education and training of the rural labor. It proposes that promoting the development of the education and training of rural labor by developing rural community and building a corresponding system.
