摘要
李楼铁矿胶结充填体矿柱合理配比,可使矿柱安全回采,并减缓覆岩变形。本文通过理论计算,得出了各配比充填体不同暴露高度下的应力强度;经过分析研究弹性模量与合理配比及充填体性能的关系后,利用ANSYS软件对五组不同配比的充填体材料进行了模拟计算。结果表明,李楼铁矿高阶段充填体矿柱配比至少为1∶8,强度不低于2.15MPa;根据充填体矿柱应力分布规律,胶结充填体强度设计宜采用混合比,其平均配比可以降低到1∶6.4。
Based on optimal proportion of cementation-filling mass in Lilou iron ore, the pillars are recoveried successful and the distortion of rock are controlled. After accounting, the disquisition has elicited the connection of parameter both optimal proportion and capability; Numerical simulations about fillings are described after the stress intension five proportion in different high, the connection of parameter, optimal proportion and' capability is proposed. The results show that the least proportion of filling jamb is 1: 8, the intention is not lower than 2.15MPa; based on the stress distribution, the design of cementation-filling mass ought to adopt mixproportion, average proportion can reduce to 1:6.4.
