摘要
本文主要论述了三种在线式水分测量方法的测量原理和烧结混合料水分在线测量的难点,对几种测量方法应用到烧结混合料实时水分测量的特点进行了分析。分析结果表明,微波法对于烧结混合料水分的在线测量具有良好的适用性和广阔的应用前景。
It mainly describes three kinds of on-line moisture measuring methods. It also analyzes the characteristics of sinter blend which make it difficult for on-line moisture measuring. Based on the description, it analyzes the effects of the three on-line moisture measuring methods on measuring the moisture of sinter blend. The results indicate that microwave moisture measuring is applicable for sinter blend and Would have a big use on sinter blend.
