The Review and Prospects for the Automation Techniques of Hydrological Forecast and Waterpower Scheduling

从水情、水调自动化技术的发展和近10多年来水电站、大中型梯级流域及电网调度部门的水调自动化系统建设及其运行状况,回顾了水情、水调自动化技术发展的几个关键历程和存在的主要问题,并结合电力体制改革和新技术进步展望了该领域的发展趋势。

This article makes a review on several key processes and existing problems of automation technologies on hydrological forecast and waterpower scheduling, as well as nearly 10 years＇ automation system construction and their operational status existed in the waterpower scheduling automation systems of so many hydropower stations, large and medium level cascade reservoirs and the dispatching departments of Power Grid. Concerned with the electric power system reformation and new technology development, the developing trends in this area are also prospected.
