摘要
采用无线射频卡(RFID)技术,通过对各种水产品在生产、加工、流通全过程的溯源技术的研究,建立起有效的水产品追踪与溯源安全机制,一方面实现了水产品的防伪,另一方面,为水产品的生产、加工、流通全过程中所涉及的信息化关键技术建立标准和示范。
After studying the aquatic products traceability method in the course of producing, processing and circulating, the RFID is used to build the effective and safe system of aquatic products traceability. On the one hand. it＇s anti-counterfeit. On the other hand it can build the standards and models for the informational key technology.
