摘要
对于高精度测量运动中物体的形变,通常采用主动式光学三维测量技术。测量系统需要两台以上的摄像机和光学投影设备对动态对象进行快速同步摄影。根据测量需求,设计了以AT89C2051单片机为核心的同步控制器。该控制器的硬件由摄像机控制、光源驱动、电源模块和隔离电路等部分组成;软件由初始化模块、PWM调光、PWM温度测量、串行通信等模块构成。在主动式三维测量中,实现了计算机控制多台数字摄像机和闪光灯对运动物体同步的拍摄过程。
Active optical three-dimensional measuring technology is usually used in high-precision measuring deformation of the moving objects. The system needs more than two optical cameras and projection equipment to take the photographs of moving objects synchronously. According to the measuring demands, the synchronous controller was designed with the core of the chip microcomputer AT89C2051. Its hardware includes camera control, lamp-house control, power module, separate circuit and so on, while its software is made up of initialization, PWM Dimming, PWM temperature measuring and communications module. The controller manages digital cameras and projection to synchronously capture the moving object when the computer sends an exposing command in the dynamic measure of active optical three-dimension.
