摘要
组建了液压泵性能测试平台,系统采用变频调速,比例阀自动加载。以AT89C51单片机为核心,利用VB6.0的MSComm控件实现PC机和单片机之间的数据通信,由上位机完成数据处理、曲线绘制以及数据与曲线的存储打印,由下位机实现电机控制和比例阀加载,以实现液压系统的自动控制和系统参数的自动测量。
In this paper, an advanced hydraulic pump performance experiment bench was constructed. It is controlled by using the technology of variable frequency speed and the load method of proportional valve. The system based on the core of AT89C51 can realize serial communication between the single-chip computer and microcomputers through MSComm. The part of PC can manage the test data, save and print the data and the performance curve, the part of single-chip computer can be realized the controlling of motor and the loading of proportional valve. Auto controlling and testing are achieved in the system.
