C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原水平升高与2型糖尿病并发脑血管病的关系探讨
摘要
目的探讨炎性因子C反应蛋白(CRP)和纤维蛋白原水平升高与2型糖尿病患者发生脑血管事件之间的关系。方法调查135例2型糖尿病患者,分析C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原水平升高对53例患者发生脑血管事件的影响及作用。结果Logistic回归分析:经年龄、吸烟、高血压、LDL等混杂因素调整后,CRP和纤维蛋白原与2型糖尿病患者脑血管事件的发生无显著相关性。结论C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原水平升高不能作为2型糖尿病患者发生脑血管事件的预测因子。
