摘要
利用汽车售后服务数据中的千车故障数,对汽车部件和整车的可靠性进行了分析,从统计学习理论分析的角度建立了可靠性理论模型,克服了传统方法中只用经验分析的不足,探讨了企业产品配件的生产组织和运送策略,为汽车质量售后管理提供了重要的决策支持。
This paper uses broken-down number per thousand cars of vehicle post-salecar to analyse the relia- bility of vehicle parts and carload, sets up the reliability theory model from the standpoint of statistical learning the- ory, overcomes the deficiency of empirical analysis on traditional method, explores the strategy of production organization and transport of products parts, and offers support means for decision- making of vehicle post-sale management.
