论高等教育核心质量

On the Core Quality of Higher Education

我国高等教育大众化进程中,在大发展的同时出现认同危机、质量危机、体制危机和学术危机等严重问题。本文从质量问题切入,提出高等教育核心价值观、核心部分和核心质量的概念,认为必须坚守高等教育的核心价值观,营造良好的高等教育生态,调整和加强核心部分——精英教育,以达到提升核心质量的目的,并以此作为应对危机和摆脱危机的主要途径,使高等教育全面、协调、可持续发展。

In the massification of Chinese higher education, there emerge several serious problems, such as identification crisis, quality crisis, and academic crisis. From the angle of quality issue, this paper brings forward concepts of core values, part and quality of higher education. It points out that the core values of higher education should be insisted, and that the key part namely elite education should be strengthened, then to improve the key quality and overcome the crisis.
