大学教师学术评价制度的反思与重建

The Reflection and Reconstruction of Academic Evaluation System in University

围绕大学教师绩效考核中的学术评价制度的客观性和公正性进行了剖析,分析了学术评价制度运行所面临的三个矛盾,即学科之间的矛盾、竞争与效率之间的矛盾以及学术自由与行政干预之间的矛盾。设计学术评价制度时要遵循专业化、多元化和民主化的原则,树立教师本位、学术自由、教师发展的理念,完善学术信用的审查制度、质量的评判制度以及评价结果的反馈制度。

This paper discusses the objectivity and impartiality of the university academic evaluation system. It also analyzes three kinds of conflicts existed in the operation the academic evaluation system, namely those among the disciplines, that between competition and efficiency, as well as that between academic freedom and administrative intervention. It argues that the principles of specialization, pluralism and democratization should be followed, the ideas of teacher-oriented, academic freedom and teacher development should be established, the academic censorship system, the quality evaluation system should be improved.
