农村智力回流的若干思考

Some Considerations on Rural Intelligence Return

农村发展需要新型建设者,而我国城市化和工业化取向的农村教育主要着眼于筛选农村精英脱离农村而不是造就村庄精英。农村教育单纯的去农化倾向不能满足我国传统农业向现代农业转变过程中的人才需求,让部分农村大学生到农村就业,实现智力回流,并成为农村建设的中坚力量,这是我国实现城乡一体的现代化的必然要求。

Countryside development needs new--type builders, but our urbanization and industrialization-orientated rural education mainly focuses on filtering rural elites away from village instead of training rural elites. And it cannot meet the talents demand in the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. It is the inevitable demand of our unitary modernization to let part of rural graduates back to rural areas in order to realize intelligence return and then become the main force in rural construction.
